Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-hovering) energy therapy that helps the body shift out of stress and into balance. It’s often used to support emotional release, reduce anxiety, and ease physical tension — but the real gift of Reiki is the stillness it creates within.
During a session, you’ll lie fully clothed in a restful position while the practitioner gently places their hands near specific points of the body. There’s no force or pressure — just quiet, intentional presence. Many people describe the experience as calming, clarifying, and deeply restorative.
It’s not about doing more. It’s about letting your body remember how to just be.

The Beautiful Art of Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy is a gentle, science-backed healing practice that uses vibration and frequency to support the nervous system, quiet the mind, and help the body return to balance. Through the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and tonal sequences, this work addresses the deeper layers of stress that many of us carry without even realizing it.
If you’ve been living with burnout, adrenal fatigue, or a feeling that your system is always “on,” you’re likely experiencing nervous system dysregulation. In this state, your body struggles to rest — even when your mind wants to.
Sound therapy helps you reset that cycle.
As you lie down, I guide you through a journey of intentional tones and healing vibrations. These frequencies help your brain shift from high-alert beta waves into calmer alpha and theta states — allowing your body to leave fight-or-flight and enter rest-and-restore.
This practice is especially helpful for those dealing with:

What To Expect
Your session begins the moment you arrive — no pressure, no rush. You’ll be invited to lie fully clothed on a comfortable healing table or mat, surrounded by a serene environment with calming lighting and intentional energy.
I’ll begin by briefly checking in to understand what you’re carrying — whether it’s chronic stress, emotional tension, burnout, or simply the need to rest. From there, I’ll select specific sound tools (like singing bowls, tuning forks, or chimes) based on what your body and energy field need.
The sounds are played around you, not on you — allowing your nervous system to downshift from fight-or-flight into a state of relaxation. You may experience:
A release of tension or emotion
A feeling of lightness or warmth
Insight, imagery, or deep stillness
Or simply… sleep
It's okay to flow and allow your mind to wander. It will quiet down naturally as the vibrations do their job. I encourage you to not fight any feelings or thoughts that arise and release all expectations. There’s no one “right” experience — the healing meets you where you are. From crying, to laughter, to sleep, all experiences are welcomed, even if they feel emotional.
You’ll leave the session feeling more grounded, whole, and more in tune with yourself — as if your body and spirit finally got a moment to catch up with each other. Most say they feel rejuvenated and get great rest that night. Some even note the melting of pains. Whatever your experience, embrace it!

How it works
The cards are deeply infused with prayers, intentions, and a form of self-regenerating energy healing. It's like getting a Reiki session at home, any time you want! Placing them on your body often decreases (if not eliminates) pain levels, quiets the mind, and brings the chakras back into balance.
Your at-home session (7-step flow)
Prepare the space — Quiet space (uninterrupted for at least 20 minutes), soften lights (optional), silence notifications (ideal)
(Optional) Protection prayer — If you use prayer/intent, say a short one now as you prepare to receive the energy.
Set a timer — 10–20 minutes is a good starting range.
Set an intention — A few sentences (e.g., “I allow my body to soften and feel safe.”)
Read the cards — Briefly read the affirmations on the back of each card.
Place all 7 cards — one per chakra, then rest & breathe:
Root (base of pelvis)
Sacral (below navel)
Solar Plexus (upper abdomen)
Heart (center of chest)
Throat (at the throat)
Third Eye (between eyebrows)
Crown (just above the head)
Close & integrate — When the timer ends, remove the cards, sit up slowly, and journal a line or two (what softened, what you noticed). Re-bag the set.
How it tends to feel: peaceful / calming, steadier breath, quieter mind, softer shoulders; many people sleep more easily after.
